In an effort to ensure transparency, we would like to bring your attention to our Refund & Exchange Policy outlined below:

1. Refund and Exchange Policy Overview

At All Souls Music, we are committed to delivering exceptional musical experiences while upholding fairness in our policies. Regrettably, due to the constraints of our limited administrative capacity, we generally cannot offer refunds or exchanges for tickets under normal circumstances.

In exceptional cases where a refund is deemed necessary, individuals can submit a request via email to our office at latoffice@allsouls.org. Please provide a detailed explanation of the circumstances that warrant a refund. It’s important to note that refunds are not guaranteed and are subject to the discretion of our staff. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are unlikely to be granted in cases where guests do not apply a discount code during the ticket purchase process. We kindly encourage all guests to double-check and ensure the correct application of discount codes before completing their transactions.

2. Event Cancellation

In the unfortunate event of the cancellation or postponement of an All Souls Music event, guests will be given the option of a refund, the opportunity to book for an alternative date if available, or the option to donate their ticket price back to the charity.

3. Ticket Exchanges and Transferring Tickets

While we cannot facilitate exchanges for purchased tickets, including changes to performance times or seating areas within the venue, tickets can be transferred to another person. Resale permissions are dependent on the venue for the event. If the event is at a venue such as the Royal Albert Hall, the terms for resale for that venue will apply and resale is usually not permitted other than through official resale partners. For events at venues such as churches, resale is permitted, but must be arranged independently by the ticket-holder. We kindly ask that you inform the recipient of our terms and conditions to ensure a seamless experience for all attendees. If you are unsure, please contact us at latoffice@allsouls.org.
